OUR SALES POLICY
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A SALE TO ANYONE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.
WE DON'T USUALLY DO EXCHANGES, BUT ITS A CASE BY CASE BASIS AT OUR DESCRESSION ONLY.
BY BUYING FROM US YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR SALES POLICY, REGARDLESS IF YOU HAVE READ IT OR
NOT. WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HEALTH OF ANY RABBITS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR POSSESSION. WE
ONLY SELL OR GIVE AWAY HEATHLY RABBITS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL (which is explained
below) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OUR SALES POLICY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. _________________________________________________________________
Right of First Refusal… (applies to all sale or free rabbits unless waived by Julie/Hidden Jules Rabbitry in
writing)
Because we care about the future health and happiness of our rabbits We retain right of first refusal if, at any
time in the life of any rabbit we sell or give away, the Buyer is unable or unwilling to keep the rabbit. Continuously, "Sellers"/Hidden
Jules Rabbitry's rabbit may not be resold, given away, or leased without the prior written consent of "Seller"/Hidden
Jules Rabbitry who shall have right of first refusal. Buyer also agrees to allow "Seller"/Hidden Jules Rabbitry enough
time to repurchase and transport the rabbit or act as an agent regarding the successful re-homing a rabbit purchased from
"Seller"/Hidden Jules Rabbitry. Buyer will only receive a refund after said rabbit has been received in healthy condition
or after being successfully re-homed and only for the amount that "Seller"/Hidden Jules Rabbitry receives for
rabbit minus any expenses. Should the right of first refusal be breached, Buyer agrees to pay any and all fees, including
ARBA grievance fees, that may result should said rabbit require professional assistance in order to repurchase or re-home
their rabbit. If "Seller"/Hidden Jules Rabbitry, so chooses (solely at "Seller"/Hidden Jules Rabbitry's discretion)
to waive the Right of First Refusal option, said waiver MUST be in writing with full description of said rabbit(s)
and signed by "Seller"/Hidden Jules Rabbitry. (NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!)
I sometimes let people take items (rabbits or supplies) when they don't
have enough money to cover all of it, if we agree on a payment plan or schedule a date when they can pay off the balance in
a reasonable time. If
I am nice enough to let you take something (rabbit or supplies) if you don’t have the money at the moment and you plan
on paying me back. I expect you to be nice enough to pay me within a reasonable time. If not paid back within a month which
should be plenty of time, I have the right to charge $20 interest for each month you let pass by. You agree to this when you take possession of the items (rabbits or supplies) and an arrangement has been made. Thank you for understanding.
