Hello and Welcome to my Rabbitry online. My name is Julie Zwink, I
live on Whidbey Island in the middle of the pacific Northwest. I have been raising rabbits now for about 7 years, and love
it. I am active with 4H in Island County. I usually have my rabbits in the Island County Fair. Right now, I have Netherland
Dwarfs, Holland Lops and dwarf hotots . I breed for type and temperment. I raise rabbits for fun!!!!
AND I LOVE IT!!!
  I used to breed Mini Rex, Dutch, and Dwarf Hotots along
with Holland lops and Netherland Dwarfs. The last Ducth we have belongs to my mom, Pam. She used to breed and show Dutch in
Black and Blue. I wanted to concentrate on Hollands and Netherlands, so I sold all of my mini rex to another
young girl and her mother. They started their own rabbitry with all my mini rex, and went on to buy a few more.
Tommie Abendroth gave me the last of her breeding stock, which was awesome! She actually gave me quite a bit, at least
15 absolutely gorgeous Hollands. She also gave me all her cages and supplies. As I began my rabbitry, I was
on phone ALOT with Tommie, asking her a million qusetions! I can't thank her enough for what she did for me.

I BREED NETHERLAND DWARFS, HOLLAND LOPS & DWARF HOTOTS.
I CANT STRESS ENOUGH HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO CLIP YOUR RABBITS NAILS.
IF IGNORED, THEIR NAILS CAN START TO CURL AND CAN ACTUALLY DISFIGURE THE FEET. THIS IS ALSO VERY PAINFUL FOR THEM.
I RECOMMEND CLIPING THEM EVERY MONTH.

ALL YOUNG RABBITS ARE AT LEAST 8 WEEKS OF AGE BEFORE I DECIDED TO SELL THEM. I MIGHT KEEP THEM LONGER TO
WATCH AND SEE IF I WANT TO KEEP ANY. I TRY TO UPDATED MY WEBSITE WEEKLY.
